Acquabella Studio — What We Do

Acquabella Studio is an interior design practice with projects spanning Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. We create holistic concepts for high-end residential and hospitality spaces, translating architecture, context, and personality into interiors that feel both effortless and refined. Our approach is rooted in detail: from the grand scale of spatial planning to the subtle nuances of materiality and light, each element is crafted to evoke a tactile and emotional response. Above all, our work seeks to create harmony — spaces that inspire, comfort, and endure.
A Milanese Inspiration
The name Acquabella comes from the eponymous Milanese district where the idea for the studio was first conceived. Milan, with its ever-present elegance and quiet refinement, offers inspiration at every turn — from the marble-lined entryways of its palazzi to the graceful rhythm of its streets. In this city, beauty is not ornament but a way of life, expressed through thoughtful detail, timeless craft, and a spirit of excellence. This ethos resonates deeply with our practice: to design spaces that are not only seen, but felt — spaces that embody refinement, sensitivity, and meaning.

Founder

Aleksandra Koroleva is the founder and creative director of Acquabella Studio. Her path in interior design and architecture has taken her across several countries in Europe and Asia, experiences that shaped a broad perspective and a love for cultural nuance. In design, she is drawn to subtle details — the way light falls on a surface, the tactile quality of a fabric, the atmosphere a space creates. Aleksandra’s work brings together architectural poise, interior intimacy, and time-tested craftsmanship into spaces that feel natural, personal, and lasting. For her, design is never just about appearance — it’s about how a space makes us feel, connect, and live.
